Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly advancing and becoming increasingly important in many industries. The master's degree program in AI at Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) would allow students to gain advanced knowledge and skills in this field that would enable them to make significant contributions to the advancement of AI in the region and beyond. Additionally, we can leverage the outcome of this program by creating an AI center of excellence at USK. The university could become a hub for AI research and development in the region, providing a source of expertise and talent in AI. As a professor of AI at USK, I am well-positioned to advocate and provide strong support for the master's degree program in AI at the university. I have been teaching courses on AI at USK for some time, and I have seen firsthand the interest and enthusiasm that students have for the subject. With the right resources and support, USK has the potential to become a leader in AI education and research in the region.
