The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology through the Human Resources Research and Development Agency will open the Domestic Master’s Scholarship Program in 2024. This program is one of the commitments of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology to develop human resource capacity, especially in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The scholarship program is open to government officials at the central and regional levels, including the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (POLRI), as well as members of the general public from private institutions.

The Collaborative Scholarship Program (Regular) in collaboration with the Master Program in Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Syiah Kuala, is a regular class package program where scholarships are provided by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The lecture method is regular, and students from outside the province can participate in a hybrid manner. However, to fulfill the requirements recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, face-to-face lectures must be conducted at Syiah Kuala University for one week each semester.

Registration Procedure:

Selection Method:

1. 1. Testing through Entrance Examinations in TPA (Academic Potential Test), English Proficiency, Field of Study, and Interview
   2. Print the ID/Payment Code after completing the initial biodata on the registration page at pendaftaran.usk.ac.id.
   3. Make the registration fee payment using the ID/Payment Code obtained from the registration page at pendaftaran.usk.ac.id with payment type (9651-Pendaftaran USK) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) through a host-to-host method.
   4. Fill out the Registration Form on the registration page at pendaftaran.usk.ac.id.
   5. Uploading the required registration documents:

• • Photocopy of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree certificate that has been legalized;
  • Photocopy of transcript of records that has been legalized;
  • Photocopy of Accreditation of the original study program;
  • 3 colored passport photos with a size of 4×6 cm;
  • Health Certificate from a Government Doctor;
  • Permission letter from the supervisor (for employees);
  • Recommendation letter from 2 Senior Experts (Lecturers/Supervisors);
  • Study Cost Commitment Letter (stamp duty Rp. 10,000,-);
  • Registration Letter, and Competency Test;
  • All the uploaded document completeness above must be brought during the interview session;
  • All prospective students of the Master Program in Artificial Intelligence must undergo a selection test.

6. Print the Participant Card online after completing the biodata entry and uploading the documents above.
